Conditions: - Mass shelters closed, closed keys.
- Any movement (entry and exit) will be conducted under the supervision of the building owner.
- The caravans are movable.
- Doors and windows of locked vehicles, gas cylinders closed.
- Vehicles will be insured by the owners.
- Access to premises is prohibited for any person outside the babysitting service.
- State vehicle is at the reception attended by the owner.
- Preventing a week in advance of entry and exit of caravans.
